- Partnership Agreement: By filling out the form to become an affiliate or marketing person for Neidis, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Earn more with us: Together, we can achieve more. This partnership aims for mutual benefit, where you, as the affiliate/marketing person, will receive an enticing commission for every successful project brought to us.
- Commission Structure: The commission structure varies according to the services provided:
- Rs 3000 per website
- Rs 1000 per Graphic design
- Rs 2000 for SEO
- Rs 2500 per Digital marketing
- Rs 2000 per Video production
- Additional Earnings:
- a. Earn even more: 7% of the total amount for project exceeding Rs 50,000
- b. Flexibility: There are no contractual obligations. You have the freedom to work as a freelancer, managing your own time and workload.
- Responsibilities: As an affiliate/marketing personnel, your responsibilities include:
- Presenting Neidis service offerings to potential clients.
- Gathering specifications as per client requirements.
- Overseeing the project’s progression until payment is received.
- Commission Payout: Commission is earned upon the successful sale of a project, which is defined as the receipt of a 40% down payment or full payment from the client. Commission payouts will be processed via MCB Juice or internet banking.
- Ethical Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself ethically and professionally at all times when representing Neidis. Any unethical behaviour or misrepresentation may result in the termination of the partnership.
- Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Neidis, including client base, client details, and project specifications.
- Termination: Neidis reserves the right to terminate this partnership at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the affiliate/marketing person.
- Modification of Terms: Neidis reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
